** The health and safety of our participants is paramount to any event hosted by the Charles Koch Institute and Charles Koch Foundation. The 2020 Tech & Innovation Grantee Convening is currently proceeding as planned, but may be rescheduled in the event of an ongoing COVID-19 outbreak. **
Dress Code
Smart casual (think jeans or casual skirts/dresses paired with blazers, button-down shirts, or blouses)
Travel
Guests will be booking their own travel through Concur. In mid-April, you will receive an email that will include your login and instructions for booking.
In exchange for your participation in the event, we will cover one round trip economy flight and hotel stay.
Hotel
Reservations will be arranged on your behalf at the Hilton Downtown Chicago Hotel located at 720 South Michigan Avenue.

Reimbursements
We will cover the costs of ground transportation to and from your home airport and Chicago airports through a ride-share code which will be sent out before the event.
Car services are unavailable for reimbursement, as are meals while traveling.
