Becca Branum is the Deputy Director of CDT’s Free Expression Project. Prior to joining CDT, Becca was Senior Counsel in the United States Senate. Becca began her career at the Consortium on Law and Values in Health, Environment & the Life Sciences, where she focused on the legal and ethical implications of emerging technologies. She also previously served as a Law Clerk for the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Privacy, Technology, and the Law. Becca is a graduate of Boston University and the University of Minnesota Law School.
