Speaker Bio
Tricia Arrington Griffith is the owner Websleuths.com, an internet community forum where registered users can discuss and classify information related to crimes, trials, and unsolved cases.
Tricia became interested in unsolved crime cases in 1996 after watching a news story about a 6-year-old named JonBenét Ramsey, who was found murdered and alone in the basement of her own home. Having a child of her own, Tricia was heartbroken by this story and wanted to do more to help advocate for cases like JonBenét’s, leading her to purchase a crime forum in 2004 where people could connect and try to classify information to either their own or others unsolved cases. The forum membership at the time was about 100 members, today Websleuths hosts over 130,000 members and has contributed to classifying viable evidence and information to numerous cases around the country.
Tricia Arrington Griffith also is the host and creator of Tricia's Websleuths Radio, a weekly podcast hosted on Websleuths.com. Tricia and Websleuths have also been featured on MSNBC, HLN, FOX, A&E and has been written about extensively in national publications including The Rolling Stone, Washington Post, Mother Jones, Denver Post and more.
In her 4 minutes of spare time per month, Tricia enjoys sleeping.
