Alex Kreit is a Visiting Professor at the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law’s Drug Enforcement and Policy Center. He is author of the law school casebook Controlled Substances: Crime, Regulation, and Policy; co-author of the annually updated reference book Drug Abuse and the Law Sourcebook (with Gerald F. Uelmen); and co-author of the forthcoming casebook Marijuana Law and Policy (with Douglas A. Berman). He is frequently quoted in the media on drug policy and marijuana law issues, having appeared in news outlets including the Los Angeles Times, the New York Times, and VICE News.
